Vegan Family Living Podcast 20
My guest this week is Lisa Chambers of Bella Diva’s Vegan Savory and Dessert Butters. Lisa shares why she created these butters and a funny story behind how the idea of the butters came to fruition.
I have to be a witness to the great taste of these butters and I share a little of my testimony in the show. These butters are subtly sweet without being too sweet. They are not only vegan friendly, but diabetic friendly as well because they are sweetened with agave nectar. My favorite flavor is the praline and boy it took me back to my ice cream days.
Lisa has agreed to give away a trio of her delicious butters to one lucky winner. To win the trio and enjoy the experience you must answer a question about the Lisa’s interview. So that means you have to listen to win.
Here is the question:
Why did Lisa start using agave nectar in her butters?
So now, listen in and then post your answer right here in the comment section. I will take the names of all those who answered correctly and choose the winner’s name randomly. The winner will be announced in next week’s show. Good luck!
The contest will end Friday February 15 at 12 noon EST.
Enjoy the show and remember we would love to hear from you. You can comment here, call into the VFL Listener?s Line at (214) 615-6505 ext 6746 or fill out our Contact Form.

Good going John! Good show LaTara…
Customers asked her to stop using cane sugar and start using agave nectar. Use of agave butter helps to bring down the glycemic level to zero.

Customers requested the agave in place of cane sugar. Not only does it have the benefit of lowering the glycemic level, but it gives her customers the ability to control what goes into their bodies.

She listened to her customers and started using the agave after they started with pure cane sugar. Makes it diabetic friendly!
