Vegan Adventures in Los Angeles

I am in Los Angeles for the next month spending time with family and friends. While I am here I figured why not make this an adventure.

Over the next month, I will share my findings on vegan living in Los Angeles with each of you. I will write about my adventures in restaurants, grocery stores, with non-vegans, and the reactions of my family and friends who knew me when I was a meat eater.

Today I cooked vegan spaghetti for my nieces and they loved it. It took me about 30 minutes to get it done and I used some very simple ingredients. My seven-year-old niece said she just loved the meat, although she knew it was a vegan product. She asked me if i was going to cook it again.

You know my answer of course… YES!
