This is part 2 of Meet My Family. Last week you met my boys and now you will meet Rupert, my husband. If you didn’t get to hear Meet My Family Part 1 go on over there now and hear Brehane and Alexander talk about their vegan journeys. You will enjoy hearing their stories.

Rupert will be sharing how he became a vegan and what the transition was like for him. He gives some great advice for thinking outside of the box when it comes to following a vegan diet. His take on substituting even gave me something to think about.

My guest this week is Lisa Chambers of Bella Diva’s Vegan Savory and Dessert Butters. Lisa shares why she created these butters and a funny story behind how the idea of the butters came to fruition.

I have to be a witness to the great taste of these butters and I share a little of my testimony in the show. These butters are subtly sweet without being too sweet. They are not only vegan friendly, but diabetic friendly as well because they are sweetened with agave nectar. My favorite flavor is the praline and boy it took me back to my ice cream days.
