This week we are talking to Cara Mirabella from The Household Helper. Cara is giving us pointers on Spring Cleaning our pantry. This includes more than just your cupboard; but rather we are talking about your entire kitchen. Be sure to grab a pin and paper and download this episode to your MP3 player because it is full of great information for Spring Cleaning your pantry.

Cara has a report about food storage that you can download, save to your computer and read at your leisure. While she is not a vegan and the report does talk about storing meat, Cara has provided very valuable information about storing produce, dry goods, baking items, etc. You can grab your free copy of Cara’s Food Storage Chart here.

Over the next couple of weeks I will share more about cleaning your kitchen and making sure that it is organized, vegan friendly, and ready for your to prepare and cook tasty healthy vegan meals.
