Cranberry Apple Fizz Punch

If you love sodas but hate the sugar and other issues that come with drinking them, then I have a drink for you.
I used to drink about two sodas a day and gained an additional 8-15 pounds as a result. So I left them alone almost two years ago and switched to sparkling mineral water.
Every now and then I get a taste for fizz with more umphh. so I started creating fizzy drinks.
Ingredients
1/2 can frozen apple juice
1 cup whole cranberries
16 oz of sparkling mineral
water
Directions
Pour juice, mineral water, and cranberries in blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes or until cranberries have blended well.
