Transition Coaching
Premium Package - Vegan Diet Transitioning (4-1 hour phone sessions and 4 Follow up email sessions)
- Session 1: In this session I will conduct an evaluation where we discuss your family’s needs likes, dislikes, food habits, why you want to transition and favorite recipes. We will set small attainable goals in this session and evaluate them each week.
- Session 2: I will help you create a 2 week menu plan either using the Vegan Family Living Tools or we can create tools that work for you.
- Sessions 3 will be an assessment of your food journal and ideas of what needs to be adjusted or changed in your family’s diet.
- Session 4 will cover an assessment of changes made, family reactions, more tips on working with your transitioning family.
- All follow up email session will have the focus of viewing your food journal and giving feedback. I will also provide you with
