Transition with Ease to a Vegan Diet

My sister introduced this dish to me. Of course I added my own spin to it and continue to try new things. It is a great recipe for family game night, movie night, or even for a light fun family dinner.

We have fell in love with this great bean salsa in my home.

Serves 6-10 people

Ingredients:
5 Cans beans of choice. I use pinto, pink, black, garbanzo, black eyed peas
1 whole med to large onion
1 green pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 jar of salsa
1 jar of picante

Directions:
Dice onions and peppers. Drain Beans and place in large bowl. Add onions, peppers, and salsa. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hr or overnight. Eat with tortillas chips…YUMMO! Enjoy.
