This recipe is a great way to have an apple pie without the crust or the long wait. I love the fact the it still has the nutritional value and still has that fresh baked apple pie taste.

Ingredients

4 granny smith apples cored and sliced
1 tbls Soy Garden Butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbls organic raw brown sugar
3 tsp honey

Directions
Heat a saute pan. Add butter, let is melt and then add apples. Stir and mix for about 1 minute. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sugar. Stir and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Simmer on very low heat for 5 minutes. Once you turn off the heat add drizzle the honey over the apples, serve, and enjoy.

Variations: Add pecans or walnutsjust before serving for a nice crunch.
