About You

We are looking for some more people. People who want to take a proactive approach to participate in, encourage and educate as many as possible about the benefits of healthier lifestyles.

So just what type of people does Vegan Family Living seek out.  Read on…

You are the seeker looking for healthy alternatives to the SADL (Standard American Diet and Lifestyle) that’s become far too prevalent. You may want to come off of meat completely or you may want to modify how your family consumes meat and other foods.  And as much as we love the latest video games, there are other beneficial activities that should find a way onto our lists of things to enjoy.

You may even be the individual, vegan or otherwise, looking for some great recipes and ways to incorporate even more healthy alternatives to your family’s lifestyle.

Perhaps you are trying to understand how to plan your vegan meals in a way that would simplify their preparation while increasing the anticipation about mealtime.

You may even want a complete healthy but enjoyable makeover for your family, from the kitchen to the backyard.

Bottom line! You want the best for your family and yourself, so you are a seeker looking to find a way to better health.

Here’s what we see incorporated into our name, but it will take more than our efforts to complete this transition.  We vitally need your input as well.  So please, after reading our expanded focus, give us your comments.

MISSION STATEMENT: To learn about, incorporate, encourage and educate as many as possible about the benefits of healthier lifestyle choices.

GOALS IMPLIED IN THE NAME:
