Vegan Family Living Show #27
->
This week I have no scheduled guests; so I am talking about what has been going on with me, busting a myth about vegans being vitamin deficient, and sharing tips about Staying Outside. I am introducing everyone to my latest ventures and I am excited!
Are you stuck trying to pull together your vegan meals?
Do you know how vitamin B12 is produced?
Is your grocery basket full of produce or other stuff?
Listen to the show for answers and tips!

The Vegan Meal Helper
Perhaps you stopped by looking for this week’s podcast, but it was not there. Don’t be upset; I have a good reason. REALLY!
For the past few months I have been going back and forth with the idea of starting a membership site. I said yes because of the opportunities for growth it would afford those who joined. I said no because I was just plain being a COWARD!
I kept saying it won’t work and that I can’t pull it off. Don’t you know that the worse enemy you have is the one staring you right in the mirror.
Earthday Finds
Today instead of writing a long post about Earth Day, I thought it would be fun to let you hop the net and see what some of my friends are saying or doing for Earth Day. I am also sharing information about some really cool resources.
The Household Helper, Cara Mirabella is talking about Earth Day Resolutions. Her number one suggestion is to simply make the change and I couldn’t agree more. Over at the Skimbaco blog, she is sharing 10 Easy Ways to Save the Earth.
Friendly Vegan Friday
Friday seems to be the day when everyone wants to just be nice. Must be the end of the week thing and a feeling of ‘no work” tomorrow. For my I love Friday because it means my husband will be home for at least one full day. Whatever the reason one has for loving Friday, it is one of the friendliest days of the week.
Vegan Family Living Podcast Show 26
Finally! After a brief hiatus, the podcast is back. I for one am happy because I love pulling the show together and bringing you, the listener great audio content.
This week we are talking to Cara Mirabella from The Household Helper. Cara is giving us pointers on Spring Cleaning our pantry. This includes more than just your cupboard; but rather we are talking about your entire kitchen. Be sure to grab a pin and paper and download this episode to your MP3 player because it is full of great information for Spring Cleaning your pantry.
