Did you enjoy learning more about ethnic foods and how much I love traveling the globe, figuratively that is, and tasting all the great dishes?
I sure hope so!
This week we are talking about Vegan Snacks and it is a Yummy show. Find out what are some of the healthiest snacks on-the-go you can purchase, what homemade snacks are a hit, and what ingredients to steer clear of from when you purchase snacks.
I am also giving a brief look into The World Go Vegan Days event happening this weekend.

For some strange reason it seems that many non-vegans believe that a diet including meat is the only way to get all the nutrients you need. Well for me that is neither her nor there because I know differently and you what “to each his own”.
Here is a quick lesson on amino acids.
Amino Acids are the building block of protein. They can be found in fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and other vegan friendly foods. There area about 20 different amino acids, eight of which must be present in the human diet. These eight are the essential acids.

For the past two months I have had the chance to try the dish washing liquid from the Watkins All Natural Products Line. It was the Lavender Liquid Dish Soap Concentrate and it smelled wonderful.
I am a skeptic and it is hard to sell me on an item. I tend to approach things with a “show me” attitude and I ask a million and one questions.
When I first tried the dish detergent I was thrilled to see that it was really all natural. I read the directions because I think those are important. I noticed it said that for very greasy items you may need to add some more.

Every now and then we get tagged on the internet. Guess who was tagged today.
What I am supposed to do is share 7 things about me that you might not know. So here goes:
1. When I was a teenager I was burned by radiator water. I lost a little of my hair and you can still see the mark if you look really close. I was in the tenth grade, very vain with long hair, and I though I was it. Let me tell you an incident like that will wake you up.
