If you are a Vegan, are considering becoming a Vegan, or know or love somebody who already is a Vegan, you probably have some idea of how important tofu is in the Vegan diet. Many people think that cooking tofu for Vegans is difficult to do, and many others still think that tofu doesn?t taste good but there are plenty of people out there that would choose to differ.

This is the best time of year for fruit lovers. There is more fruit in season than ever before.

Melon, berries, grapes, apples, oranges, exotic fruit, and more. All of these fruits are waiting for you to grab a basket full, take them home and enjoy. Even better is the fact that you can introduce your children who may be junk food junkies to the beauty of fruit unleashed.

Grab an apple chop it, add some strawberries, mangoes, and grapes. Have a fruit salad sprinkled with honey and granola.

Yum!!!

If you love sodas but hate the sugar and other issues that come with drinking them, then I have a drink for you.

I used to drink about two sodas a day and gained an additional 8-15 pounds as a result. So I left them alone almost two years ago and switched to sparkling mineral water.

Every now and then I get a taste for fizz with more umphh. so I started creating fizzy drinks.

Ingredients
1/2 can frozen apple juice
1 cup whole cranberries
16 oz of sparkling mineral
water

Summer time is the time for attending family reunions, weddings, outings, and other gatherings where food will be a star. When you are a vegan it is important to know ahead of time what to expect where food is concerned, so that you are not shocked when you arrive.

Are you a former pork lover. I will admit, I am. I grew up in pork chops, hammocks in greens and beans, and yes we even ate the dreaded stinky chitterlings once or twice per year. Man to clean those things was more than a notion.

One of my favorite pork dishes was a barbecued pork sandwich.

So one weekend I am looking at the TVP in my pantry and asking myself what to do with it. Rupert was supposed to cook, but he was busy with ministry. It was up to me. What I came up with was a family hit.
